Development Team Leader

As a Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and support of the whole or part of one of our applications. You will perform analysis, design and programming duties and work closely with a designated Lead Software Engineer and their team who will report into you. You will be responsible for motivating and managing your team to deliver new developments in time and on budget.

Skills and experience. You will need to:

• Have 5+ years developer experience in C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of Windows .NET Framework
• Experience in systems design, programming and/or systems software and support 
• Database design/administration experience (Design, implementation, modification) 
• Proficient in writing SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code) 
• Ability to recognise and resolve system related problems
• Be able to work independently and make necessary decisions throughout the systems process lifecycle
• Prior knowledge of banking or financial software (advantageous but not mandatory)
